We've been exploring genuine pathways to help our whanau develop papakainga on their whenua and want to share what we've learned so far.
Here's what you can expect.
An overview of the papakainga pathways offered by Te Puni Kokiri including funding and finance options.
We'll also briefly touch on our plans to support the navigation of succession and governance options for your whenua.
A session to develop your whanau's papakainga master plan, creating a shared whanau vision for your whenua, a critical component for Papakainga development. This could include a mix kainga, kai mara, and using your land for economic development, just to name a few.
Nau mai e te whanau! We encourage you to bring as many of your wider whanau along with you as possible so you can create truly aspirational vision for yourselves, your tamariki and mokopuna for now and long into the future.
